Who You Will Talk To
Many first-timers picture a big company on the other end of the line. The reality is simpler. Alborgdigitalpathology Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. When you reach out, we pass your request to an independent provider in our network who serves your area.
That provider is a separate local business. It runs its own schedule, its own crews, and its own pricing.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few easy questions. They help the provider understand the job.
- Which bathroom is it, and is it upstairs, on the main floor, or near a basement?
- Do you want a walk-in tub, a tub replacement, or a walk-in shower?
- Who will use it, and what makes bathing hard now?
- Are there leaks, soft floor spots, or old pipes you have noticed?
- Do you have photos or measurements?
There are no wrong answers. Rough ideas are fine.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
A lot of people think they should just accept the first number they hear. Instead, ask a few things first.
- Can I get a written quote that lists all parts and labor?
- Will you check the floor, drain, and plumbing before you start?
- What does the typical project involve, and how long might it take?
- Which licenses and insurance do you hold?
- What happens if you find a surprise behind the wall?
- How is the product or work warrantied?
Costs vary by job, so a written quote matters.
You Stay in Charge
A request does not lock you in. You can compare more than one estimate, say no, or take time to think. Providers in our network set their own terms, so read anything before you sign it.
